Deeply impressed by the sacrifice made by thousands of health workers during the global pandemic, Allison Zurfluh collaborated with Isola Santa Cristina, to offer five days of rest and recuperation for Italian nurses and doctors on the front lines of Covid-19 in northern Italy.
